History

High Force Research was founded in 1988 and is wholly owned by its Directors. Originally based at the Mountjoy Research Centre on the Durham University campus, the company relocated to its present location in Bowburn in 1996.

The laboratories were doubled in size in 2001 with this expansion including the installation of the segregated cGMP laboratories.
